Dan Nathan

Dan Nathan is the principal of RiskReversal Advisors, founded in 2016, offering consulting services to investment banks, investment advisors, and private companies.

Dan is the co-founder of RiskReversal Media and co-host of its podcasts On The Tape, Okay, Computer. and MRKT Call

Dan has spent much of his 25 years career as an equity & options trader first at hedge funds (SAC, Cheyne, & Exis Capital), within the equity derivatives group of Merrill Lynch, and as a sole proprietor.

Dan was a regular panelist on CNBC’s Options Action from 2009 through 2019 and has been a regular panelist on CNBC’s Fast Money since 2011.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, originally from Syracuse, New York, he lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.

Guy Adami

Guy is the co-founder of RiskReversal Media and co-host of its podcasts On The Tape and MRKT Call. 

He is an original member of CNBC’s Fast Money. He is currently the Director of Advisor Advocacy at Private Advisor Group in Morristown, New Jersey. Private Advisor Group is comprised of a network of nearly 600 advisors with assets approaching $17B.

Guy has held numerous key leadership roles in the financial services industry. He began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1986 and was quickly promoted to Vice President and head gold trader at the firm. In 1996, he joined Goldman Sachs as their head gold trader and one of the many proprietary traders within the Fixed Income Currency and Commodity division. In the spring of 2000, Adami joined the U.S. Equities division of Goldman Sachs where he was put in charge of the firm’s Industrial/Basic Material group.

Guy is the Vice Chairman of the NJ Chapter of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, who named him their “Man of the Year” in 2015. He also sits on the national board of Invest in Others, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. In August 2012, Guy completed the New York City Ironman.

Danny’s career on Wall Street began in 1991 and he has viewed the markets from many different perspectives, Municipal Bond Analyst, Institutional Equities Broker/Trader, and eventually a Hedge Fund Manager. Danny has built a reputation of integrity, inquisitiveness and skepticism that has aided him during his career. The book, and later the movie, “The Big Short” chronicled a few of the people, including Danny, who saw the housing bubble forming in 2004 and figured out how to successfully navigate through and participate in one of the greatest trades in Wall Street history. Only months after the release of The Big Short, the infamous “Flash Crash” occurred and Danny once again found himself a character in another Michael Lewis book, “Flash Boys”. More recently, Danny has been involved as both an investor and advisor to several private companies and co-hosts the podcast “On The Tape” (@OnTheTapePod) with Dan Nathan and Guy Adami.
